Available based on your order time

Before 9:00 AM→ Morning slot available (9AM – 1PM)

Before 1:00 PM→ Afternoon slot available (1PM – 5PM)

Before 5:00 PM→ Evening slot available (6PM – 9PM)

After 5:00 PM→ Same-day unavailable — next day delivery only

Each time slot requires at least 1–2 hours of preparation time. If your order falls within or too close to a slot window, that slot will be automatically disabled. Subject to florist availability.

Tomorrow & Future Dates

Schedule your delivery for any date from tomorrow onwards. Choose your preferred date and time slot at checkout.

After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time slot. The following slots are available:

Please note: Exact delivery times within a slot cannot be guaranteed. Our team will do their best to deliver within your selected window and will contact you if there are any delays.

💰 Delivery Fee

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery zone and distance from our store. The fee will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

Fees may vary depending on the delivery area, time slot, and order size.

⚠️ Failed or Delayed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery
Restricted access to the delivery location (gated communities, offices, hospitals)
Force majeure events including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, or public emergencies

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Important: Please ensure the recipient's address and contact number are accurate before submitting your order. We strongly recommend notifying the recipient of the expected delivery window.
